Life Skills & Enrichment

At Sisu, we’ve found that life skills programming is essential for helping youth transition into stable, permanent housing and become active, thriving members of their community.

To support this, we partner with Poetry and Chill, empowering youth to develop and practice communication skills through rap and poetry. Our drop-in center also hosts a variety of engaging weekly groups and activities, including:

  • Art Therapy

  • Health Corps Groups

  • Mental Health Nights (led by OU medical students)

  • Tarot Card Workshops

  • Comic Book Creation

  • Craft Making

We’re always looking for passionate volunteers to lead or assist with activities! If you’re interested in making a difference, please email us at volunteer@sisuyouth.org.
