Our Quest Transitional Living Program allows youth ages 17-24 to live in an apartment that is leased by Sisu. We cover the cost of rent & utilities while youth embark on their journey to find independence and stability. Young people in the Quest program are supported through weekly case management support. 

This program is funded through city and federal dollars so referrals must go through OKC’s Coordinated Entry system managed by Key To Home. To be eligible for housing through the Coordinated Entry system, youth must complete an OKCSE Assessment with a case manager at Sisu, a partner agency, or by calling 211.
